Counsel to Tradim in the acquisition of a majority stake by Turenne Emergence and Capital Croissance

 

Moncey Avocats assisted Tradim, a company specialized in waste management, in the context of the acquisition of a majority stake by the funds Turenne Emergence and Capital Croissance. The management team of Tradim remains as minority shareholder.

As a pioneer in the computerized management of waste collection and treatment, Tradim will thus be able to continue its development by accelerating the growing digitalization of its household waste management and water purification services for inter-municipalities.
