Counsel to FlyView Paris in its recovery plan

In a ruling dated 31 March 2023, the Paris Commercial Court approved the recovery plan for FlyView Paris, a startup created in 2017 which offers a virtual reality experience flying over emblematic monuments in France and abroad such as the Notre Dame cathedral or the pyramids of Egypt.

Following latest crises that have had a major impact on the tourism sector, FlyView Paris was forced under court protection in September 2021. A recovery plan has been approved without redundancies thanks to the efforts and involvement of its managers, partners and landlord.

FlyView Paris will keep going on for now offering a unique opportunity to discover Paris by virtual reality.

FlyView Paris was assisted by a team from Moncey Avocats composed of Pierre-Alain Bouhénic, partner and Louis Gibon, associate, in restructuring.
