Pierre-Alain Bouhénic has more than 25 years of experience and advises listed or unlisted groups and companies in connection with complex restructuring operations and management of business crises. He also assists investors in operations involving distressed companies.

Pierre-Alain also has a recognized experience particularly in implementing strategies in the context of restructurings and corporate turnaround operations.

BACKGROUND

He was the head of the restructuring department of Brown Rudnick for 4 years after having previously managed the restructuring department of DLA Piper since 2012, before joining his own boutique firm created with Michel Frieh in 2011 within the anglo-american network.

Pierre-Alain started his career at Orrick Rambaud Martel in 1994, before joingning Weil Gotshal & Manges where he praticed as a partner.

He is a graduate from the Universities of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (DEA Droit du Commerce Français et Européen) and Paris X Nanterre (DESS Droit des Affaires Internationales).
