Advice to Orion on the acquisition of Ouest Conseil Patrimoine and APA Assurance

Moncey Avocats has advised Orion, a major French player in wealth management, on a double strategic acquisition aimed at strengthening its territorial roots and expertise: Ouest Conseil Patrimoine, firmly established in Quimperlé and recognized for its support to company directors in wealth management and cash flow optimization (over 50 million euros in assets under management); and APA Assurance, a specialist in insurance brokerage and financial investment, whose expertise will complement Orion's range of services.

This double acquisition is fully in line with the external growth dynamic initiated by Orion in 2022, bringing to over 30 the number of transactions completed to date. This strategic step enables Orion to significantly strengthen its presence in the wealth management market, while reaffirming its commitment to maintaining a client relationship based on proximity and trust.
