Moncey Avocats advised Azulis Capital on its acquisition of a stake in the Acensi Group

Moncey Avocats has advised Azulis Capital, one of France's leading independent private equity funds, on its acquisition of a stake in Acensi, a digital services company specializing in helping companies manage their digital projects. This is the ninth investment made by Azulis Capital's MMF 6 fund.

 

Acensi, founded in 2003, supports its customers in their digital transformation by offering consulting services, custom application development and critical infrastructure maintenance, with nearly 1,000 employees in France, Belgium, Canada, Mauritius and Portugal.

The arrival of Azulis Capital will enable Acensi to reinforce its growth through to 2030, building on a solid foundation. The group also aims to accelerate its development through targeted external growth operations, in order to broaden its skills and extend its geographical presence.
