BACKGROUND
Before joining Moncey Avocats, Diane worked for 4 years as an associate at Hogan Lovells, on small and mid-cap LBO financing, as well as corporate, projects and assets financing.
She holds a Master II in Law and Financial Engineering (University of Lyon 3). Diane was sworn in as a lawyer in 2019.
