Valentin Lefebvre

Valentin Lefebvre mainly focuses on the corporate aspects of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions: acquisitions, disposals, majority and minority investments, and negotiation of management packages.

BACKGROUND

Before joining Moncey Avocats in 2025, Valentin was counsel at Gide Loyrette Nouel since 2023. He previously worked as an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton from 2018 to 2023, and began his career at Linklaters' Paris and London offices from 2015 to 2018.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Valentin holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Cergy-Pontoise, a Master II in Comparative European Law from Paris II Assas University, and a Master's degree in International Law and Management from HEC Paris.
