Pierre Faure is mainly involved in the corporate aspects of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
BACKGROUND
Before joining Moncey Avocats in 2023, Pierre had been an associate at Gowling WLG in the M&A and venture capital department since 2022. He had previously worked in M&A, first for 3 years at Franklin, then for 4 years at Hogan Lovells.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016, Pierre holds a Master II in Franco-English Business Law from Université Paris-Saclay and an Msc in Corporate Finance from EDHEC.
