Manon Vanbiervliet's practice focuses on transactional taxation, particularly the structuring and implementation of LBOs and management packages.
BACKGROUND
Before participating in the launch of Moncey Avocats, Manon completed several internships in French and international taxation both within law firms and inhouse.
She holds a Master 2 in Corporate Law and Tax and a DESU in Distribution Law, Contractual Techniques and Competitive Aspects (University of Aix-Marseille) and was sworn in as a lawyer in 2022.
