Lucile Fontanilles assists French and international companies and groups facing financial difficulties at all stages of their restructuring operations, both in amicable and judicial proceedings. She also acts in civil, commercial, and financial disputes arising from amicable or insolvency proceedings.
BACKGROUND
After nearly three years of experience in restructuring and business litigation at SVA Avocats in Montpellier, Lucile joined the restructuring and special situations team of ADVANT Altana in 2022.
Admitted to the Bar in 2019 and to the Paris Bar in 2022, she holds a Master’s degree (Master II) in Business Law from the University of Nantes and is also a graduate of Audencia Business School’s Grande École program, with a specialization in Corporate Finance
