Loïc Pipaud mainly advises on tax matters, with a particular focus on the structuring and implementation of LBO transactions and management packages. He also assists companies, executives, and founders with their tax issues.
BACKGROUND
Before joining Moncey Avocats in 2024, Loïc worked as an associate at VGG & Associés from 2022. He previously spent three years in the Tax Law department of Scotto Partners and one year at Linklaters in Luxembourg.
A member of the Paris Bar, Loïc holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Taxation from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL and an MSc in Management, Finance & Law from emlyon business school.
