Léna Thiery focuses primarily on the corporate aspects of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
BACKGROUND
Before joining Moncey Avocats in 2026, Léna completed several corporate law internships at business law firms, as well as in-house at companies. Léna holds a Master 2 DJCE in Business and Corporate Law from the University of Rennes I.
She was admitted to the Bar in 2027.
