Jonathan Devillard mainly advises on corporate and real estate acquisition finance and financial restructurings.
BACKGROUND
Before participating in the creation of Moncey Avocats in 2021, he had joined Desfilis in 2019, Jonathan started his career at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in 2015.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, Jonathan holds a LL.M. in International Financial Law (King's College of London), a Master I in International Business Law and Management (Essec Business School) and a Magistere-Master II in International and European Business Law (University of Lorraine, Nancy II).
