Ines Ourabi mainly acts on corporate finance matters.
BACKGROUND
Before becoming an associate at Moncey Avocats, Ines completed several internships there over a period of more than two years, during which she was involved primarily in financing transactions. She also completed a finance internship within the legal department of BNP Paribas CIB.
Ines holds a Master 2 in Corporate and Business Law (DJCE) from the Faculty of Law of Nancy. She was admitted to the Bar in 2026.
