Florine Decq

Florine Decq primarily advises on the corporate aspects of M&A transactions and private equity deals.

BACKGROUND

Before joining Moncey Avocats, Florine completed several internships in corporate M&A at leading business law firms, including Dentons Luxembourg, Reinhart Marville Torre, and Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés, as well as in-house roles in the legal departments of CHANEL and the Banijay Group.
Through the dual Business Law & Management program, Florine holds a Master’s degree (Master II) in Business Law Practice from the Catholic University of Lille and an LL.M. in Law & Tax Management from EDHEC Business School. She was admitted to the Bar in 2025.
