Fabrice de La Morandière has more than 30 years' expertise in mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
He is particularly active in complex and cross-border transactions. He advises companies in all sectors, both listed and unlisted, investment funds and financial institutions on their acquisitions, disposals, LBOs and other leveraged transactions such as public to private transactions. He also regularly advises clients on corporate governance and securities law issues.
BACKGROUND
Fabrice began his career at Gide (1990-1995) and Ashurst, where he arrived in 1996 and became a partner in 1999. In 2001, he joined Linklaters as a partner. He first headed the private equity practice (2005-2012), then the corporate department (2009-2015), before being appointed to the international board (2018-2020).
He holds a DEA in Business Law from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He also taught for 15 years at HEC (M&A and private equity law).
