Dorriz Majidian advises French and international companies and groups facing financial difficulties at every stage of their restructuring processes, in both out-of-court and court-supervised proceedings. She also represents clients in civil, commercial and financial disputes arising from amicable restructuring processes or insolvency proceedings.
BACKGROUND
Before joining Moncey Avocats in 2026, Dorriz completed several internships in restructuring at international law firms, including her final internship at Linklaters.
Dorriz holds a Master’s degree (Master II) in Restructuring Techniques for Distressed Companies (TRED) from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University. She will be admitted to the French Bar in 2027.
