Camille Cournot advises funds, growth companies and French and international groups. Her practice is based on three core areas: support for corporate transactions (LBOs, financing rounds, IPOs, acquisitions, mergers, etc.), advice on all employment law matters and litigation.

She assists her clients on a day-to-day basis in managing individual and collective labor and employment matters, with particular expertise in the employee representative bodies and reorganizations. She also assists clients with risk assessment, managing pre-litigation situations and seeking settlement solutions, as well as litigation before the labour, civil and administrative courts.

BACKGROUND

Camille started her career in 2011 with the French law firm Flichy Grangé Avocats before joining Jones Day's employment law team, where she was promoted to Counsel in January 2022.

She graduated from the University of Paris X Nanterre with a Master I in Private Law (2009) and a Master II in Labour Law (2010). Camille was sworn in as a lawyer in 2011.
