Augustin Laccours is an associate within the firm’s Restructuring team.
He advises French and international companies and groups facing financial difficulties at all stages of their restructuring operations, whether out-of-court or judicial. He is also involved in civil, commercial, and financial litigation connected to amicable or collective proceedings.
Before joining Moncey, Augustin spent two years at a firm specializing in restructuring.
BACKGROUND
A member of the Paris Bar since 2023, Augustin holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Lyon III – Institute of Business Law and Economics, and an MSc in Law, Finance & International Management from ESCP Europe, completed in Paris and London.
