Augustin Laccours advises French and international companies and groups facing financial difficulties at all stages of corporate restructuring operations, both in the amicable and judicial phases. He is also involved in civil, commercial and financial litigation, whether or not related to insolvency proceedings.
BACKGROUND
Before joining us, Augustin worked for 2 years in the Restructuring team at Tellechea Avocats.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023, Augustin holds a Master 2 in Banking and Financial Law from the Université Lyon III / Institut de droit et d'éconimie des affaires and a Specialized Master in Law, Finance & International Management / Paris - London from ESCP Europe.
