Anne-Sophie Laird advises French and international funds and groups. She assists clients on a day-to-day basis with their corporate transactions (LBOs, acquisitions, mergers, etc.), advises them on all employment law issues and also assists them before the labour, civil and administrative courts in the event of disputes.
BACKGROUND
Before joining Moncey Avocats, Anne-Sophie worked for a year as an employment law lawyer with the Renault industrial group, then for five years in an international environment with the employment law team at Clifford Chance in Paris.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021, she holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Social Protection Law from the University of Paris-Saclay. Anne-Sophie is also involved in the voluntary initiatives of the Paris Solidarity Bar.
