Anaïs Queniat advises both investment funds and French and international groups. She assists clients on a daily basis with their corporate operations (LBOs, acquisitions, mergers, etc.), provides counsel on all employment law matters, and also represents them before labor, civil, and administrative courts in the event of litigation.
BACKGROUND
Before joining Moncey Avocats in 2025, Anaïs completed several internships in employment law at various law firms, including In Extenso Avocats and Deloitte Société d’Avocats, as well as in the Labor Law department of Back Market.
Anaïs holds a Master’s degree (Master II) in Labor Relations Law and Practice, and a Master’s degree (Master I) in Labor Relations Law from Université Paris-Saclay. She was admitted to the Paris Bar on December 15, 2025.
