Aloïse Graveraud

Aloïse Graveraud primarily advises on the corporate aspects of mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions. She counsels funds and companies on the corporate elements of their M&A and private equity operations.

BACKGROUND

Prior to joining Moncey Avocats in 2025, Aloïse completed several internships in corporate law at international law firms, including Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Winston & Strawn in Paris, as well as in the legal department of ING Luxembourg SA.​

Aloïse holds a Master 2 in Business Law Practice from the Catholic University of Lille, an LL.M. in Business Law from the Free Faculty of Law of Lille, and the dual LL.M. Law & Tax Management degree from EDHEC Business School. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2026
