Alexandra Fabbro advises French and international funds and groups. She assists clients on a day-to-day basis with their corporate transactions (LBOs, acquisitions, mergers, etc.), advises them on all employment law issues and also assists them before the labour, civil and administrative courts in the event of disputes.
BACKGROUND
Before joining Moncey Avocats, Alexandra worked for over three years in the employment team at Jones Day, then for a year in the employment team at Clifford Chance.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020, she holds a Master II degree in Labor Relations Law and Practice from the Université Panthéon-Assas. Alexandra is also a lecturer in employment law at the HEC Paris incubator.
She works in French and English.
