Moncey Avocats welcomes Philippe Lauzeral as business litigation partner.

Moncey Avocats welcomes a leading and experienced team in litigation with Philippe Lauzeral as partner, Zoé Gomez and Sélim Brihi as associates, as from January 2022.

Joining from CVML where he was a founding partner, Philippe Lauzeral focuses his practice on corporate (shareholders disputes, post-acquisition disputes) and commercial litigation.

Philippe Lauzeral also advises clients in contract negotiation.

With a large client portfolio which includes French and international funds, industrial and services providers, shareholders and management teams, his clients praise his daring and total commitment to the defense of their interests, his pugnacity and tenacity together with the use of strategic thinking in handling complex and sensitive cases.

About Philippe Lauzeral and his team:

Philippe Lauzeral has more than 25 years of experience in prelitigation, litigation and arbitration. He handles complex litigation as regards mainly, corporate law (including criminal corporate law), company law and commercial law both at a national and an international level. Prior to joining Moncey Avocats, Philippe was a founding partner at CVML where he developed for more than 15 years, the litigation and arbitration practice. Philippe graduated from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Magistère de juriste d’affaires / DJCE / DESS de Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité) and Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (DESS de Droit du Marché Commun).
