Valentin Lefebvre brings to Moncey Avocats nearly ten years of experience gained within teams recognized for their expertise in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He regularly works alongside investment funds and founders on all types of corporate transactions, particularly in private equity, whether acquisitions or disposals, majority or minority investments, as well as in the negotiation of management packages, in a wide range of sectors.

The Corporate team at Moncey Avocats, led by four partners, Frédéric Pinet, Guillaume Giuliani, Marie-Victoire James, and Fabrice de la Morandière, has established itself in just a few years as a key player in the mid-cap transaction market. With more than 20 professionals, this team represents a real force for an independent firm in Paris.

The team recently advised on several major transactions, including Market Pay on its acquisition of AltaPay, a Danish company specializing in omnichannel payment solutions; ESTYA and its management on its sale to Charterhouse Capital Partners, a European private equity firm; and Oddo BHF on its acquisition of a stake in Lunettes Pour Tous. These mandates illustrate the firm's ability to handle complex and transformative cases.
