Moncey Avocats assisted Alandia Industries in the acquisition of Cyrillus-Verbaudet Group with MGA Paris from Alpha Private Equity, which acquired a capital stake in Cyrillus in 2013, and CVG.

MGA Paris, owner of Harris Wilson and Les Petits Hauts, and Alandia Industries, a turnaround fund, joined forces to take over Cyrillus.

Alandia Industries was advised by a team from Moncey Avocats composed of Frédéric Pinet, partner in corporate and Frédéric Bosc, partner in tax.
