Counsel to SanteVet's founders and managers in a fundraising subscribed by Columna Capital

Moncey Avocats assisted the founders, the managers and Compagnie des Animaux in the legal and tax structuring of a €150M fundraising.

SanteVet, founded in 2003, is one of the major players in the field of pet health insurance in France and Belgium. SantéVet has raised €150M to accelerate its development over the next five years with the ambition of becoming a European leader in this sector.

This round of financing was carried out with Columna Capital, an investment fund that has been the majority shareholder of SantéVet since 2017, which thus renews its confidence in the company's vision and new strategic ambitions.

SanteVet is currently present in France, Belgium, Spain and Germany. This fundraising will essentially allow the company to expand into other countries - Italy and the Netherlands this year, before moving on to Portugal and Austria in the coming years.
