Moncey Avocats assisted Novaxia Investissement - the leading mission company in the real estate sector - with its urban recycling real estate operation, underwriting its first "Green Loan" with HSBC.

Novaxia Investissement, the leader in urban recycling in France, invests via its funds in the recycling of empty or obsolete buildings into housing, mixed-use projects and spaces dedicated to the development of life sciences and technologies of the future.

This new acquisition is made by Novaxia Investissement on behalf of its Novaxia R fund, which has been awarded both the SRI and Finansol labels. This label confirms the commitment to responsibility, sustainability and solidarity of Novaxia R, the first Urban Recycling Unit of Account specializing in the recycling of office space into housing. The Novaxia R UC is accessible through an insurance contract, and carries a risk of capital loss and illiquidity. The labels do not guarantee the fund's performance.
