Klee Group, whose Services branch, comprising of Klee Consulting & Integration and Klee Performance, has enjoyed sustained development with an average annual growth rate of 17% over the last three years. MBO & Co's acquisition of a minority stake in the Services division will bring the financial know-how, experience in supporting high-growth projects, and its participation will provide the Services division with a governance structure aligned with its size and ambition.
