Moncey Avocats assisted the founder and management of Duhamel Logistique, a Norman player in the logistics of luxury goods, in its sale to DIMOTRANS Group.

This transaction allows DIMOTRANS Group to strengthen its presence in France with 8 logistics sites, 113,000 m² of additional warehouses and 250 new employees to complete the logistics teams.
