Counsel to Activa Capital in its acquisition of Rhetores Finance and Cap Fidelis

Moncey Avocats assisted Activa Capital, a private equity firm, in its acquisition of a minority stake in Rhetores Finance and its acquisition of Cap Fidelis, two wealth management firms.

The founders of Rhetores Finance remain the majority shareholders and Activa Capital becomes the first financial minority shareholder of the newly created group after reinvestment of Thierry Rocq, founder of Cap Fidelis and his family.

Founded in 2011, Rhetores Finance is a fast-growing wealth management advisory firm that has developed its strategy by focusing on a high level of wealth engineering services combined with a diversified product offering, particularly in private equity.

Founded in 1992, Cap Fidelis is a key player in wealth management in the North of France.

The newly created structure aims to continue its strong growth and to capitalize on its recent geographical expansion.
