Advised Karos on the employment law aspects of its acquisition of Daily within the BlaBlaCar Group

Moncey Avocats advised Karos on the employment law aspects of its acquisition of Daily (formerly BlaBlaCar Daily), a commuting carpooling business developed within the BlaBlaCar Group.

This transaction enables Karos to strengthen its position in the daily carpooling market.

The business now has 275,000 active carpoolers in 2026, accounts for more than 11 million journeys per year, and relies on a network of over 250 local authorities and 1,500 corporate partners.
