Advised the Synelis Group on the financing of the buyout of 100% of its share capital by its CEO and on the acquisition of Restech company
4.february.2026
Moncey Avocats advised the Synelis group, a regional mid-cap company specializing in network infrastructure, on two key transactions: the buyout of 100% of its share capital by its CEO and the acquisition of Restech, marking the first step in its external growth strategy.
In July 2025, the CEO completed the buyout of all Synelis shares, which had previously been jointly held with his brother. The transaction, carried out with the support of Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors, was financed by CA CIB before being partially refinanced through equity and syndicated among a banking pool.
A few months later, Synelis acquired Restech, a Brittany-based company specializing in electrical networks. This first build-up operation forms part of the group’s expansion strategy, aimed at strengthening its position along the Atlantic coast and broadening its offering in energy infrastructure.
With 700 employees across 25 offices in France, Synelis targets €200 million in revenue by 2030, supported by an active external growth policy and its new financial partners.
Jonathan Devillard, partner, together with associates Hélène Tazé and Ines Ourabi, advised Synelis on the financing aspects of the transactions.
