Moncey Avocats advised YDEO on the signing of an agreement for the sale of HYDRAPRO to Fluidra, a global leader in pool and wellness equipment.

HYDRAPRO, a French manufacturer specializing in water treatment chemicals for pools and spas, serves both professional channels and the general public. The company generates annual revenue of approximately €30 million.

This transaction will enable Fluidra to strengthen its position in France—one of its strategic markets—and accelerate its growth in the water treatment sector, the leading category in the French pool market. Operating in 45 countries, Fluidra employs 6,500 people and generates over €2.2 billion in revenue.
