Advised the CEME group in connection with the acquisition of the OVALT Group

Moncey Avocats advised the CEME Group in connection with the acquisition of the OVALT Group, a Brittany-based specialist in industrial process management and engineering.

Based in Brittany, the OVALT Group generates revenue of approximately €63 million and employs nearly 500 people. The group operates across the entire industrial value chain, serving clients in the agri-food, automotive, aerospace, energy, and renewable energy sectors. Its recognized expertise covers automation, control systems, robotics, industrial data, cybersecurity, and MES.

This acquisition is part of CEME Group’s “Boost 2026” strategic plan. A leading French player in electrical engineering, HVAC engineering, and industrial maintenance, CEME is strengthening its position in industrial process activities and consolidating its presence in Western France through this transaction.

Following the acquisition, the CEME Group will employ nearly 1,500 people.
