Advised CEME group on the acquisition of Électricité Veit

Moncey Avocats advised the CEME Group, which specializes in electrical engineering, HVAC, and industrial processes, on the acquisition of Électricité Veit.

Founded in 1984 and based in Souffelweyersheim, near Strasbourg, Électricité Veit is a family-owned company specializing in electrical engineering, electrical installations, and low-voltage systems. It operates primarily in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

In recent years, the company has also expanded its offerings in the fields of electric mobility, through its Hopla Power Charge brand, as well as in photovoltaics. Led by Emmanuel Veit, Électricité Veit generated revenue of 19 million euros in 2025 and employs 115 people.

With the support of Seven2, the CEME Group is continuing its external growth strategy through this transaction, strengthening its presence in the Grand Est region and consolidating its position in markets related to the energy transition. This acquisition marks the ninth external growth transaction completed by CEME since 2021.
