Advised Olifan Group on the acquisition of ATM Patrimoine and the integration of a new client portfolio

Moncey Avocats assisted Olifan Group with two strategic transactions: the acquisition of ATM Patrimoine and the integration of the client portfolio of Pierre Béchu, an independent advisor. These transactions strengthen the group's presence in the Île-de-France region and the Alpes-Maritimes department.

Olifan Group is implementing a development strategy based on consolidating its regional network through targeted transactions involving firms and advisors with close ties to executives and wealthy families.

The acquisition of ATM Patrimoine strengthens the Paris-Neuilly office while ensuring the continuity of tailored client support. At the same time, the integration of the portfolio of Pierre Béchu, an independent advisor for more than 20 years in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, enables Olifan Group to consolidate its position on the French Riviera, following a six-month transition organized with the teams in Nice Centre and Nice Arénas. Pierre Béchu will then continue his involvement as an ambassador for the group.

These transactions mark a new stage in the development of Olifan Group, supported by Seven2. They illustrate the group's ability to grow while maintaining the continuity of service and quality of customer relations that make it unique.

Olifan Group was advised by a team from Moncey Avocats composed of:

  • Guillaume Giuliani, partner, Vianney Birot, and Clémence Lemaire, lawyers, on corporate aspects.
  • Frédéric Bosc, partner, and Margot Bosc, lawyer, on tax aspects.
  • Camille Cournot, partner, and Alexandra Fabbro, lawyer, on employment law aspects.
