Advised IRD Invest and Socadif Capital Investissement on Clicar's new LBO

Moncey Avocats advised SOCADIF Capital Investissement and IRD Invest on a new capital operation involving Clicar, a specialist in hybrid and electric vehicle rentals for professional drivers. Two and a half years after their initial investment, both investors chose to renew their confidence in Nicolas Dulieu, the company's founder and CEO.

Since late 2022, Clicar has experienced impressive growth. The fleet has expanded from 1,200 to nearly 3,000 vehicles, and revenue reached nearly €35 million for the fiscal year ended September 2025. This new phase aims to expand across France with agency openings in the South, pursue organic international growth, and pursue external growth opportunities in France.

In this transaction, Nicolas Dulieu strengthened his stake to approximately 75% and opened the capital to several key company executives. A structured bank financing of €20-30 million was arranged with Crédit Agricole Île-de-France, LCL, La Banque Postale, and CIC. IRD Invest mobilized its Fonds Entrepreneurial Territorial de Transformation.
