30.september.2026
Moncey Avocats advised Inflexion on its investment in Manucurist, a French nail care brand renowned for its plant-based, gentle and vegan formulations. The transaction was carried out by Inflexion’s Enterprise Fund VI.
Founded in 2016 and based in Paris, Manucurist is particularly well known for having developed the at-home LED gel manicure. Operating in over 40 countries, the brand relies on an omnichannel model combining direct-to-consumer sales, retail distribution and pharmacies, with a growing presence in the United States and Europe, including the United Kingdom.
The transaction is expected to enable Manucurist to accelerate its expansion, particularly in the United States, strengthen its presence within distribution networks and continue to develop its digital channels. Inflexion will also support the company in strengthening its teams, systems and product range.
Inflexion was advised by a team from Moncey Avocats comprising:
- Frédéric Pinet, lead partner; Guillaume Giuliani, partner; Éléonore Hennekine, Pénélope Renard and Clara Berland, solicitors, on corporate matters.
- Frédéric Bosc, partner, on tax matters.
- Camille Cournot, partner, and Alexandra Fabbro, solicitor, on employment law matters.
The following firms were also involved in this transaction:
