Moncey Avocats advised IK Partners on its fund's investment in Endrix, an accounting and consulting firm.

To strengthen its regional presence, develop its core business, and expand its service offering, Endrix recently accelerated its growth through several strategic acquisitions. Following the integration of Zalis in 2023 and Mageia Partners in 2024, the Group took a further step forward with the acquisition of Exelmans in May 2025. This transaction confirms Endrix's strong growth momentum and consolidates its position in the audit and restructuring markets, while strengthening its expertise in transactional services.

This strategic partnership with IK Partners will enable Endrix to accelerate its digital transformation, strengthen its organizational structure, and pursue an active external growth strategy, both in France and internationally, in order to consolidate its position as a leader in accounting and consulting services.
