Advised idiCo on its acquisition of a stake in Tissendo
15.september.2026
Moncey Avocats advised idiCo, a private equity and private debt firm, on its acquisition of a stake in Tissendo, alongside the group’s long-standing partners. The investment, made entirely in cash, marks the sixth investment by the idiCo Croissance 5 fund.
Tissendo is a multidisciplinary accounting, auditing, and consulting firm that supports executives of microbusinesses, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and mid-market companies with their accounting, financial, labor, legal, and wealth management needs. The group has 120 employees across five locations and serves more than 3,000 clients.
This transaction is part of Tissendo’s development strategy, which aims in particular to accelerate its external growth on a national scale, continue its investments in technology - notably in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions - and strengthen its teams and areas of expertise.
It is also part of the group’s buy-and-build strategy, under which it has already completed two acquisitions and is currently evaluating several new opportunities.
idiCo was advised by a team from Moncey Avocats comprising:
- Guillaume Giuliani, partner; Valentin Lefebvre, counsel; and Clara Berland, attorney, on corporate matters.
- Frédéric Bosc, partner, and Margot Bosc, attorney, on tax matters.
- Camille Cournot, partner, and Alexandra Fabbro, attorney, on employment law matters.
