Moncey Avocats advised the companies in the Eolane group, a long-standing player in the design of high-tech cards (Electronic Manufacturer Services), in connection with its reorganization and the linking of its French and Moroccan activities.
This restructuring operation was based on two complementary components. The first involved the pre-pack sale of the assets and shares of most of Eolane's French and Moroccan operations to the Swiss group Cicor, European leader in integrated electronic solutions. The second phase, which exclusively concerned the assets and activities of Eolane Valence, saw the implementation of a disposal plan within the framework of a receivership procedure in favor of the Selha group, developer and manufacturer of electronic products for innovative markets.
Placed under the aegis of the Comité Interministériel de Restructuration Industrielle (CIRI) and the Tribunal des Activités Economiques de Paris, this operation enabled the takeover of all French activities and the preservation of almost 1,000 jobs.
The Eolane Group companies were advised by a Moncey Avocats team comprising :
- Pierre-Alain Bouhénic, partner, and Clémentine Quintard, lawyer, on restructuring aspects.
- Frédéric Bosc, partner, and Loïc Pipaud, lawyer, on tax aspects.
- Camille Cournot, partner, on employment law aspects.
