Advised the founders of I-4S in connection with WCP Eiréné's acquisition of the group

Moncey Avocats advised Régis Gherardini and Olivier Meyer, founders and executives of I-4S, in connection with the acquisition of the group by WCP Eiréné, a fund managed by Weinberg Capital Partners.

Following the transaction, WCP Eiréné becomes the majority shareholder of I-4S. The group’s executives and co-founders, Régis Gherardini and Olivier Meyer, are making significant reinvestments, as is Galiena Capital, which remains a minority shareholder.

Founded in 2012, I-4S is a leading provider in France of rapid-deployment technical shelter solutions. The group operates primarily in the defense, civil security, and public health markets.

The entry of WCP Eiréné is expected to enable I-4S to consolidate its presence in its traditional markets, accelerate its international expansion and growth into new segments, and pursue a selective strategy of external growth.
