Advised the founding shareholders and CAPZA on the sale of a significant stake in Tevah Systèmes to Latour Capital

Moncey Avocats advised the founding shareholders and CAPZA on the sale of a significant stake in Tevah Systèmes to Latour Capital, a French investment fund specialising in supporting growth-stage companies.

In four years, the group has quadrupled its turnover and now has 13 branches and 160 employees.

This transaction marks a new stage in the development of Tevah Systèmes. With the support of Latour Capital, the group intends to accelerate its European expansion and pursue its external growth strategy, as recently demonstrated by the integration of RAS AIS.

The founding shareholders and CAPZA were advised by a team from Moncey Avocats comprising:

• Jonathan Devillard, partner, Hélène Tazé and Ines Ourabi, solicitors, on financing matters.
