Advised Perwyn on the sale of Isla Délice to A&M Capital Europe

Moncey Avocats advised Perwyn, a major investment player, on the sale of Isla Délice, a pioneer in the halal market in France, to A&M Capital Europe.

Perwyn acquired Isla Délice in 2018 and supported the transformation of the family business into an international leader through significant investment in its production capabilities and three acquisitions in the United Kingdom, Belgium, and Germany. This internationalization strategy enabled Isla Délice to expand its presence into other European markets, notably the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy, where Isla Délice entered organically.

Founded in 1990, Isla Délice offers a wide range of halal products under seven brands, including the eponymous brand. Now, with the support of A&M Capital Europe, the company plans to continue its development in Europe while retaining its expertise.
