Advised EMZ Partners on its investment in Primal Group

Moncey Avocats advised EMZ Partners on its investment in Primal Group, the French leader in professional IoT solutions.

Primal Group operates through three flagship brands: Attentive, France’s leading provider of home telecare services; Solem, a specialist in smart irrigation; and Indygo, which focuses on connected pool management.

This transaction marks the exit of Quilvest Capital Partners, the majority shareholder since 2021, and enables Frédéric Comte, President of Primal, and his management team to regain majority ownership of the company, alongside EMZ Partners and Bpifrance, which is reinvesting on this occasion.
