Counsel to ECF Group in the acquisition of Oxstal

Moncey Avocats assisted ECF Group, an international specialised distribution group and a key partner in the Hospitality & Care sector, in its acquisition of a majority stake in Oxstal.

Oxstal is the French leader in tableware and premium bio-based packaging solutions and consumables for a wide range of high-end customers (caterers, luxury hotels, restaurant chains, food manufacturers).

This operation will enable ECF Group to strengthen its presence in the eco-responsible take-away sector in a French market that will soon host the emblematic events of the Rugby World Cup and the Olympic Games.
