Counsel to Weetec in the acquisition of SNEA and the refinancing of its debt

Moncey Avocats advised Weetec, a Sparring Capital investment, on the acquisition of the SNEA group and the refinancing of its debt.

The Weetec Group, a major player in electrical and HVAC engineering in the Paris region, has acquired SNEA and SNEA Maintenance, two companies specializing in HVAC engineering for the commercial sector. Thanks to this operation, the group strengthens both its presence in the Paris region and in HVAC engineering.

Weetec is also taking advantage of this transaction to refinance all its debt, with a view to strengthening its external growth capabilities, via a financing line structured by the Caisse d'Epargne Ile-de-France.

Since 1974, the SNEA group has been a major player in HVAC engineering in the Ile-de-France region, serving the tertiary sector with specific expertise in structures such as hospitals, laboratories and institutional kitchens.

Thanks to this acquisition, Weetec is targeting sales of over €80M, almost exclusively in the Paris region, including around a quarter in HVAC.
