Advised Trajan Capital on its investment in Aiglon

Moncey Avocats advised Trajan Capital, a French private equity firm specializing in capital and management buyouts for SMEs, on its acquisition of a stake in Aiglon, a long-standing manufacturer of natural and mineral ingredients for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.

For 125 years, Aiglon has established itself as a key player with more than 200 loyal customers, including pharmaceutical laboratories and major international cosmetics groups.

Trajan Capital's investment will enable Aiglon to accelerate its development by strengthening its position as an independent leader, pursuing product innovation and modernizing its industrial facilities, and consolidating its international expansion.
