Counsel to Spart in the context of a fundraising

 

Moncey Avocats has assisted Spart - the first company with a mission to offer sport-health experiences, well-being and employee engagement - in the context of a fundraising from private investors, with a financing from Bpifrance.

Created in 2019, Spart supports companies wishing to engage in a Quality of Life at Work approach: a major CSR challenge to attract and retain talent, improve employee health and motivation and contribute to cohesion and team spirit.

Thanks to this first round of financing, carried out in a context of strong growth, Spart will continue to consolidate its projects: enriching the user experience, accelerating recruitment and developing its international presence (Switzerland, Spain, UK and Germany in particular).
